American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience for a busy surgical suite offering flexible contract lengths.

Details

• Work in a high-tech OR with 26 spacious surgical suites
• Perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Support a wide range of surgical services including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
• Contract options available for 36, 40, or 48 hour schedules
• Off-shift or on-call coverage required for 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include 12-hour shifts or on-call day or night coverage

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
• BLS certification mandatory
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience required within the last 2 years

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not eligible for this position
