American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg-Neuro RN for a Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit position requiring at least 2 years of neuro med surg experience and a compact or Maryland RN license.

Details

• Work in the Neurosurgery/Neurology unit of a hospital, specifically the Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
• Care for patients undergoing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of intractable seizure disorders
• 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Med Surg/Telemetry RN role focused on neurology patients
• Orientation sessions held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month

Requirements

• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years' neuro med surg experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Experience in a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
