American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring circulating experience and intermediate EFM certification on the night shift.

Details

• Work in the Obstetrics Birthing Unit of a hospital setting
• Provide care for laboring and birthing patients including circulating duties
• Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• 36 hours per week, 3 shifts weekly
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (temporary license accepted)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Recent intermediate-level EFM certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience with circulating experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Preferred certifications include ALSO (Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics), NCC Perinatal Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing Level I, Postpartum, or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing - Labor and Birth), and First Latch breastfeeding certification
• No specific scrub color required, though blue is a recommended choice
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced pay rate
• No more than 7 days of RTO allowed during the assignment
• Former permanent staff members are not eligible to return as travelers at this facility
• Medical and religious COVID exemptions are accepted
