American Traveler is hiring an RN Psychiatric nurse for an Acute Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital position requiring 2+ years of recent Behavioral Health experience and an active MI RN license.

Details

• Work in an acute inpatient behavioral health hospital setting
• Adult patient population (ages 18+) with mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provides family, group, and individual therapy services
• 12-hour Day shifts from 7a-7p
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Holidays as assigned
• Uses Epic for charting and Pyxis for medication administration
• No blocked schedules permitted
• Floating required if requested

Requirements

• Active RN license in Michigan (MI) required at time of application
• Minimum of 2 years recent Behavioral Health experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Pyxis medication system experience required
• Handle With Care certification preferred
