American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step Down position in a Heart Vascular Moderate Care Unit, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of nursing experience.

Details

• Position is located in a Heart Vascular Moderate Care Unit (Step Down) within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
