Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Clinic (Primary Care) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience and at least 2 completed travel assignments within the past 12 months.

Details

• Outpatient primary care clinic setting
• 8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• No floating required
• No charge nurse role required

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, with at least 2 years of full-time experience in a specialized unit within the last 2 years
• Current EMR experience required
• Must have completed a minimum of 2 travel assignments in the past 12 months working full-time in an acute care setting
• Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from someone in a leadership role (Nurse Manager, Director, or Charge Nurse)
• 7-year employment history required, with explanations provided for any gaps exceeding 30 days
• Current skills checklist required (valid within the last year)

Additional Information

• Local candidates are welcome to apply; however, candidates whose primary residence is within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for travel pay rates
• Previous travel employment status, facility names, specialties, dates, supervisor names, bed count, and trauma level must be reflected in references
