Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Adult Medical Oncology unit, requiring at least 2 years of nursing experience and prior oncology experience, with a minimum of 1-2 prior travel assignments.

Details

• Work in an 18-bed Adult Medical Oncology unit within a large academic hospital setting
• Patient population consists of adult solid tumor patients in an acute care, Med/Surg telemetry environment
• Day shift, 12-hour schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Alaris pump experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland (MD) or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of current RN experience required
• Oncology nursing experience required
• Minimum of 1-2 prior travel assignments required
• Experience in a 500+ bed facility required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Orientation is held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month
• Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
