American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Obstetrical (OB) unit at an acute care facility in Minnesota, requiring a valid MN RN license and at least 2 years of OB experience.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting with a Level 3 Trauma designation
• Obstetrical (OB) unit serving antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patient populations
• 13-week assignment with night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active Minnesota (MN) RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E
• BSN not required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include performing maternal-child assessments and care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn stages
• Must be able to respond appropriately to Code C-Section and Code Pink alerts
• Care planning based on individual patient acuity
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
