American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Dialysis position in Iowa, requiring a minimum of 24 months of dialysis experience including inpatient, Fresenius machine proficiency, and Epic EMR experience.

Requirements

• Active IA single-state or compact/multistate RN license required
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
• Minimum 24 months of dialysis experience, including inpatient experience, required
• Acute dialysis experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with Fresenius dialysis machines required
• Telemetry reads and measurement experience required
• Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 24 months preferred for consideration

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates who were employed by the facility within the 12 months prior to application may not be considered
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted
• Coverage is required for 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day (unless the unit is closed)
• Coverage is required for 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving week (11/26–11/30) and the winter holiday period (12/23–1/2), regardless of holidays worked
