Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice/Palliative Care position at a post-acute care setting, requiring active ND or compact RN licensure and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Post-acute care setting, Hospice unit
• Primary shifts are 8-hour days, 0800–1630
• Overnight on-call shifts required 1–2 nights per week (1630–0800)
• Rotating weekend coverage every other to every third weekend
• May require coverage for 1 holiday depending on assignment dates
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active ND or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Two professional references required: 1 supervisor reference within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from the position's specialty within the last 3 years
• All certifications must be active — no pending certifications accepted
• Resume must account for all employment with no gaps over 30 days

Additional Information

• Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are eligible but may be subject to a different pay rate
