American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Clinical Care Leader/Utilization Review role in a long-term care management setting, requiring at least 2 years of experience and Point Click Care (PCC) proficiency.

Details

• Post-acute/long-term care (LTC) management setting
• Clinical Care Leader role within a utilization review unit
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• On-call coverage required every 5th weekend
• Point Click Care (PCC) used for charting
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ND or Compact RN license, must be active at time of consideration (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, no exceptions
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years — both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates residing within 80 miles are accepted but at a different rate
• An interview process is part of the selection; candidates may be asked to complete a written questionnaire before advancing to a unit manager interview
