American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery / Med-Surg position at a nationally recognized Critical Access Hospital, with OB/L&D experience required and charge RN responsibilities included.

Details

• Critical Access Hospital setting covering multiple units including Labor & Delivery, Med-Surg, Mother/Baby, Nursery, Peds, and Ortho
• Primary focus is obstetrics (L&D), with Med-Surg coverage when there are no OB patient needs
• 12-hour shifts with both weekday and weekend night shifts
• Holiday coverage based on rotation
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Iowa (IA) or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• OB/Labor & Delivery experience is required
• Experience across Med-Surg settings (adult, mother/baby, ortho, peds) is beneficial given the multi-unit coverage
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

• Facility has received national recognition as a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital
• Will be assigned Charge RN shifts on an as-needed basis
• On-call shifts are not anticipated but may occasionally be required
