American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Emergency Room position in California, requiring a valid CA RN license and at least one year of recent ER experience.

• Night shift position, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• 14-week contract
• Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active California RN license required
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration
• ENPC required (or PALS within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ER experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• CEN preferred
• TNCC preferred
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred

• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of cumulative assignment time without a minimum 90-consecutive-day break, regardless of whether assignments were continuous or had gaps of less than three months
