American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cath Lab position in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring active Cath Lab experience and AHA-issued certifications.

Details

• Hospital-based Pediatric Cath Lab setting
• 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
• On-call is required
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact (eNLC) RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS — all must be issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab nursing experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
• Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Full date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the Cath Lab, ranging from simple to complex cases
• Responsibilities include physiological monitoring, IV management, medication administration, and assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures
• Collaborates with patients, families, and support staff to coordinate and communicate care plans
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have a 6-month separation period before being eligible to apply; prior travelers may only extend once for a total of 26 weeks
• Compliance deadlines are strictly enforced — candidates should be prepared to begin onboarding immediately upon offer acceptance
