Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position requiring flexibility to float across multiple units and campuses on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Resource Pool position within a hospital setting, floating across multiple Med/Surg floors
• Float assignments include Ortho, Med/Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med/Surg Tele units
• Floating to a secondary campus located approximately 9.5 miles away is required
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must be comfortable and adaptable working across a wide variety of Med/Surg specialty units
• Holiday coverage required on an every-other basis
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
