Description

American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric ICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring at least one year of RN experience and AHA-issued BLS and PALS certifications.

Details

• Pediatric ICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• CVICU and NICU experience preferred
• Level 1 experience required

Requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or eNLC compact license) required
• Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required — AHA-issued certifications only
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
• Level 1 facility experience required
• Basic computer skills required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Previous travelers or workers who have completed a contract at this health system must have a 6-month separation before being eligible to apply for a new contract
• Compliance requirements (onboarding, drug screens, background checks, medical requirements) must be initiated immediately upon offer acceptance — the facility does not allow start date changes for non-compliance
• CVICU and NICU experience is preferred for this role
