American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Care Manager position in a home health setting, requiring a valid CA RN license and a reliable personal vehicle.

• Home health setting with patient visits conducted in the field
• Day shift schedule

Requirements

• Active CA RN license, unrestricted and currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (DL); must be at least 21 years of age
• Current personal automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or the submitted specialty
• Recent relevant experience within the last 3 months required
• Clean, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary hits
• 2 supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration

Additional Information

• Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to the base rate
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
• Specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required
