American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR First Assist RN with CNOR certification and a minimum of 3 years of OR experience for a day shift position with on-call requirements.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 0630–1500
• After-hours call required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• CNOR certification required
• BLS (American Heart Association) required
• ACLS (American Heart Association) required
• PALS (American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required, with 1–2 years as an RNFA
• Recent experience in OR specialty within the last 3 months required
• CRNFA certification preferred
• PEARS certification preferred
• AORN membership preferred
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits required
• 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• OR specialty skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration
