American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department evening shift position requiring 2 years of acute care experience and MD or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
• Evening shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Required to work every other weekend
• Holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through AHA
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide emergency nursing care within a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by state
• Only one submission permitted system-wide per candidate for Ascension positions
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Candidates should discuss assignment extensions with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
