American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric ICU RN with 2 years of specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license for a high-acuity, Level 1 Trauma Center setting.

Details

• High-acuity, fast-paced 24-bed PICU in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Central location caring for neurology, renal, pulmonary, surgical, and medical ICU patients
• Floating required to CVICU, NICU, and North Campus 12-bed PICU as needed
• Day shift schedule from 07:00-19:30
• 13-week assignment length
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on ICU status

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of PICU specialty experience
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Navy scrubs required, pediatric print tops allowed
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
