American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical travel position at an academic medical center in St. Louis, MO, requiring 2 years of RN experience and availability for night shifts on a 4x12 schedule.

Details

• Works on a comprehensive Medical/Surgical overflow unit within a 356-bed non-profit academic medical center and tertiary care facility in St. Louis, MO
• Cares for patients from all disciplines and specialties, providing a broad and varied patient population
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required to all care areas to care for Med/Surg patients

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required

• Unit is staffed by an in-house hospitalist team, offering exposure to a wide range of specialties and patient types
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Onsite parking garage available at no cost
• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
