American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float Pool position covering multiple ICU units, requiring a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience and flexibility with night shift scheduling including every other weekend.

Details

• Float pool assignment covering four Critical Care Units: SICU, MICU, CCU, and Oncology ICU
• SICU cares for patients with traumatic injuries, surgical complications, neuro patients, and open-heart surgery patients
• MICU cares for critically ill patients with exacerbated medical comorbidities
• CCU cares for patients requiring additional monitoring following cardiac procedures
• Oncology ICU cares for critically ill oncology patients and those requiring chemo inductions
• All ICU units manage DKA, ETOH withdrawal, and other patients requiring an elevated level of care
• Three 18-bed ICUs and one 6-bed Oncology ICU within the facility
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
• Every other weekend required, including both Saturday and Sunday
• Holiday coverage may be required for any holidays that fall within the assignment period

Requirements

• Active VA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• Flexible scheduling availability preferred
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
