American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Special Care Nursery position requiring an active MA RN license, NRP certification, and availability for rotating shifts including every other weekend.

Details

• Special Care Nursery (SCN) unit in a hospital setting
• 36-hour per week schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts
• Rotating day and night shifts (7:00a–7:30p and 7:15p–7:15a)
• Shift rotation is based on department needs
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• EMR: Epic (charting)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current NRP certification required (AHA only)
• Active MA RN license must be in hand at the time of consideration; no pending licenses accepted
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information

• Flu vaccine is required; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted
• Local candidates are welcome; candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local
• Time keeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
• No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking rates range from $17–$22 daily
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
