American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a House Supervisor role in Wisconsin, working night shifts on a 13-week travel contract with every-other-weekend rotation.

Details

• Hospital setting covering multiple departments including Acute Care, Birthing Center, Cancer, Wound and Infusion, Emergency Department, and Surgery
• House Supervisor role responsible for facility-wide patient care coordination and staff support
• Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation as needed
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• TNCC encouraged but not required
• Minimum 3 years of related nursing experience required
• Two-year degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

• Conducts daily rounding across departments to assess patient status and coordinate transfers
• Serves as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff, answering questions and assisting with interventions
• Assists with proper patient placement for Acute Care admissions
• Supports after-hours pharmacy needs
• Responsible for activation and management of Incident Command during Mass Casualty Incidents
• Coordinates cross-departmental staffing needs
• Acts as liaison between patients, visitors, hospital departments, and administration
