American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Behavioral Health (Adult Mental Health) position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and at least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience.

Details

• Adult Mental Health inpatient unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AR state or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required (must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Behavioral Health RN experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• SAMA certification preferred; can be completed at the facility if not already held
• Must have a valid driver's license
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
