Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an ambulatory Oncology/Infusion unit, requiring a MA RN license and BLS certification, with oncology or infusion experience preferred.

Details

• Ambulatory oncology/infusion unit providing chemo, biotherapy, and immunotherapy treatments
• Schedule includes 4x10hr shifts (7:30a-6p), with possible weeks of 5x8hr shifts (8a-4:30p or 9:30a-6p)
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (no pending or conditional licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; ACLS not required)
• Oncology experience with ONS chemo/bio/immunotherapy provider card strongly preferred and/or infusion experience
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start (NURSYS and BON verification needed)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a chemo and IV therapy unit
• Shared housing available for this assignment, with restrictions on guests and pets, and candidates must have their own transportation
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility and will receive a reduced rate
• No parking validation is available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid parking is required
