American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Oncology position at an outpatient infusion clinic setting, requiring acute care med/surg oncology experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Outpatient oncology infusion clinic setting with MD support on-site
• Schedule options include 5x8s (8:30am–5:00pm) or 4x9s (8:00am–5:30pm)
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating between all facilities within Washington State is required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required; OCN certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of acute care med/surg oncology experience required
• Significant chemotherapy experience required
• Outpatient oncology experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff of this Providence/Swedish facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Candidates must disclose any prior work history (permanent, travel, or per diem) at any Providence facility
• Travelers who refuse float assignments may be subject to termination of the assignment
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
