American Traveler is hiring a Chemo Certified RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring ONS Chemo Bio Certification and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.

Details

• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Med/Surg Oncology unit within a hospital setting

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required
• OCN certification preferred
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
• 2 manager references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Applies critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying care plans or escalating to the care team as needed
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates will not be considered
