American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit requiring AVADE/MOAB/CPI training and experience with involuntary status patients on a day/night rotation schedule.

Details

• Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population consists of adult psychiatric patients, including higher-acuity involuntary (IEA) status patients
• Patient ratio of 1:6-7
• Day/Night rotation schedule, 36 hours per week
• Schedules are posted approximately 4-6 weeks in advance
• Epic EMR used; experience preferred

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• AVADE, MOAB, or CPI training required
• Experience with IEA/Involuntary status patients and higher-acuity psychiatric care required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
• 2 manager references required for consideration
• Restraint chair experience preferred
