American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN in Franklin/Macon County, NC, requiring home health and hospice experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

Home health setting serving approximately 100 patients in the branch
Caseload of 5-6 patients per day
Monday through Friday day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call rotation approximately every 6-7 weeks, covering nights (5:00 PM-8:00 AM) and the weekend, with no night visits required
Uses HCHB documentation system

Requirements

Active RN license (NC or Compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent home health and hospice nursing experience required
Home health and hospice experience specific to the Franklin/Macon County area required
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for patient home visits
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Provide direct home health nursing care to patients in the Franklin/Macon County area
Nursing dress code requires navy blue or navy/white scrubs
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
