American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Wichita, KS, with a high volume of behavioral health patients and night shift availability required.

• Works in a high-volume Emergency Department with a significant behavioral health patient population
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner OneChart
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kansas or a Compact state
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC (renewed every 4 years), and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• CPI or MOAB De-Escalation training required (online portion must be completed prior to start; on-site portion completed during orientation)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

• Candidates must wear ceil blue scrubs
