Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a 13-week travel contract in Nashua, NH, requiring an active NH or compact RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting
• Varied shifts with a defined workweek running Sunday at 12:01am through Saturday at 11:59pm
• 36 hours per week
• Telemetry monitoring is a component of the unit's patient care

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred
• Basic dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or must be completed prior to end of orientation

Additional Information

• Provides comprehensive clinical documentation including care plans each shift
• Communicates patient information through bedside shift report, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET)
• Participates in daily unit-based safety huddles and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members and may serve as a preceptor for new nurses
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or must be completed prior to end of orientation
• COVID-19 vaccine is not required for this position
