American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring at least 2 years of OR scrubbing experience and an NC or Compact RN license in hand.

• Hospital operating room setting serving a diverse surgical patient population
• Surgical specialties include Neurology, Oral, ENT, Orthopedics, General, Bariatrics, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Robotics, Plastics, Dental, and Podiatry
• Specialized equipment includes Intuitive DaVinci XI, Cori Orthopedic Robot, Neptune, Olympus Endoscopy Tower, Stryker Video Tower, Electrical Surgical Unit, Smoke-Free Cautery Devices, Tourniquet, and Globus
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, three 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM–7:00 PM) with a rotating day off; flexibility to shift to a later start time may be available
• On-call and weekend coverage required on a rotating basis
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification in hand
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience with scrubbing experience required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One supervisory reference from within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided
• Orientation is held on a bi-weekly basis
• Flu vaccine is required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted
