American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a home health position working day shifts with mileage reimbursement in addition to standard compensation.

Details

• Home health setting
• Day shift schedule, five 8-hour shifts per week
• Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to standard compensation

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty required
• Recent experience in home health within the last 3 months required
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• Arrhythmia certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required; must be at least 21 years of age
• 2 supervisor references required, one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
• All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in work history
