American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position in Massachusetts, requiring active MA licensure in hand, home health experience, and OASIS proficiency.

• Home health setting requiring independent clinical work in the community
• Caseload-based work requiring self-scheduling ability and flexibility with varied assignments

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration — license will not be pended
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of acute nursing care experience required; hospital-based experience preferred
• Home health experience required
• Certified Home Health nurse required, including demonstrated proficiency with OASIS
• Infusion Therapy Certification preferred
• BSN highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance required — candidate must have their own vehicle
• Home Health RN skills checklist (current within one year) required
• One supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
• Knowledge of community health principles and practices required
• Ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application — no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted, and requests submitted after the offer stage will not be approved
• Provides home-based nursing care with independent caseload management
• Applies community and home health nursing principles in a patient home environment
