American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab position in New Jersey, requiring ACLS, NIHSS certification, and on-call availability for STEMI/Stroke coverage.

Details

• Work in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab of an acute care hospital setting
• Two shift options available: four 10-hour shifts (6:30am–5:30pm) or five 8-hour shifts (6:30am–2:30pm)
• 10–15 on-call shifts per month for STEMI and Stroke coverage
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in NJ or a Compact state currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides cath lab nursing care including STEMI and stroke response coverage
• Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) training required — can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC NIOSH resource
