American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool position at a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, NH, requiring a compact RN license and experience in long-term care settings including memory care and sub-acute units.

Details

• Skilled nursing facility setting with Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia/Memory Care units
• Long-term care resident population including those requiring memory care, sub-acute, and pain management support
• EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)
• Night shift position with flexible shift lengths of 8, 12, or 16 hours
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Recent experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute environment required
• Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols
• Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care facilities
• Strong background in case management practices
• Two manager references required for consideration
• IV skills, IV medication administration, tube feedings, and light wound care experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include medication administration, resident health assessments, nursing care plan development and implementation, and monitoring resident progress and changes in condition
• Provides support across specialized areas including PT, OT, substance use disorder (SUD), and pain management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and task management skills are essential for this role
