American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Nursing Supervisor position at a hospital on Nantucket Island, requiring an active MA RN license and leadership experience across a 13-week contract with shared housing provided at no cost.

Details

• Hospital-based nursing supervisor role with hospital-wide oversight responsibilities
• 36 hours per week on rotating shifts
• Serves as the onsite administrative resource and leadership support after hours
• Charting is performed using Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted)
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions

• Provides leadership, guidance, and administrative support across Patient Care Services, promoting excellence in patient and family care across the continuum
• Shared housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment
• Local candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will receive a reduced rate
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
