Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Colorado, requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience and current NRP certification.

Details

• NICU setting within a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Available to work any day of the week, including weekends per unit needs
• On-call required per unit needs
• Patient ratio of 1:3
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Unit bed capacity: L&D – 7 beds, Postpartum – 10 beds, Special Care Nursery (SCN) – 6 beds

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrubs are provided
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible for consideration at the local bill rate
• RTO is capped at 10 days for the duration of the contract
• RTO is not permitted during the following blackout periods: June 28 – July 9, September 2 – September 12, and October 25 – November 4
