American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Indianapolis, IN, requiring 2 years of experience with renal, behavioral, and drug/alcohol withdrawal patients.

Details

• Work in a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit (Medical 4 South) within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes medical, surgical, renal, behavioral, and drug and alcohol withdrawal patients
• Patient ratio is 1:5 or 1:6
• Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every third weekend rotation required
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required on an as-needed basis
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience, specifically with renal, behavioral, and drug and alcohol withdrawal patients
• US Social Security Number required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Blue scrubs required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be considered under a reduced rate structure
• Candidates must report to the Heart Center, 4th Floor – Medical 4 South on their first day
