American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a BMT/Cell Therapy position on a Hematology/Oncology unit, requiring strong high-acuity inpatient oncology experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Inpatient Hematology/Oncology unit (BMT/Cell Therapy) at a major academic medical center in Boston, MA
• 36-hour work week with day/night rotating shifts
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Epic used for charting
• UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Strong hematology/oncology experience in high-acuity inpatient settings required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Nice-to-have experience includes BMT, CAR-T cell therapy, inpatient oncology research patients, ONS chemo-immunotherapy certification, and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
• No validated parking available at the Boston location — public transportation is recommended; public parking lots are available at an estimated cost of $17–$22 per day
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Both NURSYS and BON verification are required for nursing license validation
