American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN/Surgical Tech for a CVOR position requiring NBSTSA certification, open heart experience, and Level I trauma background.

Details

• Hospital-based CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM)
• Call required every third day with a 30-minute on-site response time
• Weekend coverage required up to twice per month
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• May float to the general OR as needed
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active PA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: NBSTSA (required — NCCT not accepted) and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes when on call

Additional Information

• Candidates undergo a clinical review process to determine fit before being forwarded to the manager; a manager interview is required
