American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Billings, MT, requiring 1 year of Cath Lab experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit within a regional hospital setting
• Day shift, 10-hour shifts (0730–1800), 4 days per week, 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• On-call required approximately 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month, with potential for additional call
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Experience with Epic is required

Requirements

• Active MT or compact RN license, with no pending licensure
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required; all certifications must not expire prior to the assignment start date
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans for Cardiac Cath Lab patients
• Performs patient consultation, health teaching, health counseling, and treatment plan review
• Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Candidates who were permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
