American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel contract in California, requiring a CA RN license, 5 years of experience, and proficiency in scrub and circulate roles including Neuro, Da Vinci Robotic, total joint, and spine procedures.

Details

• Operating Room (OR) setting within a hospital environment
• Patient population includes neuro, total joint, and spine surgical cases, as well as Da Vinci robotic procedures
• RNs are expected to both scrub and circulate
• Evening shift: 5x8-hour shifts, 15:00–23:30
• Rotating weekend assignment
• OT support required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience required
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulate roles required
• Experience with Neuro, Da Vinci Robotic surgery, total joint, and spine procedures required
• Two supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former employees or travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
• First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — 5 years of experience is required
