American Traveler is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with variable 12-hour shifts.

Details

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) post-acute care setting
• Variable 12-hour shifts covering all shift types (days, evenings, nights)
• Every other weekend required
• Point Click Care (PCC) EMR in use
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license required (license required if applicable; pending state licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• LTC/SNF or post-acute care setting experience required
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Nursys verification required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates are accepted at a different rate
• Active certifications and license must be verified at time of consideration
