American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Electrophysiology (EP) position requiring at least 24 months of EP/Cath Lab experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP) unit
• Floating to a sister Iowa Lutheran facility may be required as needed
• Epic (Cupid) EMR in use; experience is preferred

Requirements

• Active Iowa (IA) single-state or compact/multistate RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and ACLS (AHA or ARC) certifications required — pending certifications will not be accepted
• Minimum 24 months of recent experience in Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL), or Interventional Radiology (IR) required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Prior travel nursing experience is desired but not required
• Epic Cupid EMR experience is preferred
• Candidates who were employed by this facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
• Summer holiday coverage required: travelers must be prepared to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Winter holiday coverage required: travelers must work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving holiday week (11/26–11/30) and the Christmas/New Year's window (12/23–1/2), regardless of holidays worked
