American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Endocrinology/Reproductive Endocrinology position in an outpatient clinic setting, requiring at least one year of direct REI/fertility and cycle management experience.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting in Worcester, Massachusetts
• Endocrinology unit focused on reproductive endocrinology and fertility care
• Guides patients through the healthcare system from screening through diagnosis and follow-up
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Charting via Epic (experience required)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (candidates without a license at time of consideration may be accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of direct REI/fertility nursing experience required
• Cycle management experience required
• Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Two professional references required for consideration, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Active nursing license must be free of any prior disciplinary actions

• Serves as a clinical expert in the care of reproductive endocrinology and fertility patients
• Assists patients with access issues, develops relationships with service providers, and tracks interventions and outcomes
• Promotes a patient- and team-centered work environment emphasizing respect across all departments
• Pass/Fail EKG test required
