American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring 2+ years of experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting, post-acute care environment
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and verified through Nursys at time of consideration — pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required; no exceptions
• Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required — pending certifications not accepted
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at an adjusted rate

Additional Information

• No on-call or call-back shifts available
• Candidates using facility-provided housing will be subject to local pay rates regardless of distance
• 14-day cancellation notice required
