American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a night shift travel contract in Hawaii, requiring a valid HI RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.

Details

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover
• Night shift schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly), beginning after the first week of orientation
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required by start of assignment
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required

Additional Information

• Team-oriented work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and efficiency
• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment; this appointment is scheduled at Hilo Employee Health and attendance is mandatory
• Plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before your Monday start date in order to complete the Employee Health appointment on the preceding Friday morning
