American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a Level I Trauma Center position requiring the ability to both scrub and circulate with a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience.

Details

• Work in a 750+ bed quaternary care Level I Trauma Center
• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) setting
• Shift hours are 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM with some on-call requirements
• Timekeeping system: Kronos

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required; a screenshot or photo of a completed application is acceptable if the license is pending
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR RN experience required
• Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating
• Two professional references rated 'standard or above average' from a manager or above within the past year in the CVOR specialty are required for consideration

Additional Information

• Only AHA-issued certifications are accepted for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• If any certifications are expiring during the assignment, a renewal receipt or scheduled course dates must be provided
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Northwell or Nuvance Health location may be subject to an eligibility review process before being considered
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a reduced rate
• Travelers will be required to complete onboarding modules prior to assignment start
